Item Wish List

Running a facility that houses over 220 vultures and other large raptors can be very demanding and hard on our tools.  We are always in need of items for upkeep of the facility, our wild vulture restaurant, and our rehabilitation and captive breeding activities. If you have any items you think may be of use to us that are not on this list, please contact us!

Facility maintenance:

  • durable rubber gloves
  • thick-bristled scrubbing brushes
  • thick-bristled brooms
  • large long nails, screws, u-shaped nails
  • 80% – 90% shade netting
  • outdoor welcome mats (for perches)
  • 25L buckets
  • hose pipes
  • Clean Green and other biodegradable, environmentally friendly cleaning agents
  • Sharp knives for opening up carcasses
  • Garden rakes, spades, picks and axe

Rehabilitation and captive breeding

  • Surgical gloves
  • vet wrap
  • cotton wool
  • dressings or gauze
  • 24, 23 and 22 gauge, 1 inch needles
  • syringes 1mL, 2mL, 5mL, 10mL
  • Catheters for IV drips (24, 23 gauge)
